What are your fees?

Do you offer Direct Billing?
Currently, we do not offer direct billing. An invoice will be provided after a session that you can submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement. Please double check with your insurance provider to ensure that you are aware of your plans coverage for psychotherapy services.
How long are sessions?
Unless other arrangements are made, a therapeutic session is 50 mins. This allows for the clinician to have the remaining 10mins to complete their notes and prepare for their next client.
How often will I need to have sessions?
This will vary depending on the client. Generally, it is best if a client can meet on a weekly or bi-weekly basis when initially starting therapy to help build rapport and work towards desired goals.

What is the cancellation or no show policy?
We require 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to be able to be manage time and replace cancelled sessions. Clients that don’t provide 48 hours notice or do not show up to a session are required to pay the full service fee.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept either credit card or e-transfer
